Job summary

You'll deliver excellent customer service, monitor entry points, and follow incident reporting procedures. The role requires alertness, integrity, and the ability to work varied night and day shifts in a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with computers or tablets is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed roles).
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply; drivers only if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by enforcing site access procedures.
• Verify IDs, credentials and deliveries per site procedures.
• Maintain access records and issue credentials.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Patrol access points and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
