Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Systems Operator in Whitestown, IN. You will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a retail location.

Responsibilities include documenting activity, using computer systems, and delivering excellent customer service while complying with site policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using computers or tablets is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates and visitors while following security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the store and surrounding areas and report hazards.
• Maintain accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership and site management.
