Qualifications

• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and document arrivals and visitor activity.
• Control access to designated areas and communicate concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report observations promptly.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
