Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds and be physically able to perform duties.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by following security procedures.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and security systems; report anomalies per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation and notification protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and interior areas to deter unauthorized entry.
