Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks as required by law.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, reviewing visitor authorizations, issuing passes, and maintaining records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation and notification protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, interior areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized entry.
