Qualifications

• Experience with access-control procedures is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver's license required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and manage site access procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue passes.
• Direct delivery drivers and communicate access information.
• Respond to incidents and document actions taken.
• Conduct patrols of entry points, parking, docks, and perimeter.
