Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Card/badge access experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to supervision.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate updates to site contacts.
