Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Documentation in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide security and customer service, perform site-specific procedures and assist with emergency response as needed.

Responsibilities include regular unarmed patrols of retail areas, monitoring access points, documenting observations, and reporting incidents to site leadership. This role offers flexible scheduling through our Claim a Shift platform and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

Guard Card or license preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screening required.
18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, suspected theft, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security‑related concerns.
Document observations, incidents, and policy violations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
