Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Albuquerque, NM. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with a fixed anchor shift and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Responsibilities include site-specific security procedures, access control, incident responses, and professional communication with employees and visitors. Prior customer service experience is preferred; a guard card/license is preferred and CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to identify hazards and report maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management by verifying credentials and directing authorized guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, and deter unauthorized activity with a visible presence.
