• Be able to monitor and control entry/exit points and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report observations to site contacts or leadership.
• Document daily activities and incidents following reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, and maintain visitor and vehicle access records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly report observations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, vehicle areas, loading zones, business facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately, following established reporting procedures.
