Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points; verify credentials and authorize access per site rules.
• Observe deliveries and vendor activity; communicate access needs and report anomalies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document security events per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorised access.
