Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control access to the transportation location by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
