Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Visitor Credential Management in Greensboro, NC. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs while delivering courteous service to employees, visitors, and drivers.

The role supports a secure, welcoming environment, uses computer or tablet systems for activity documentation, and emphasizes teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct approved individuals to designated areas.
Help protect controlled access to shipping, sorting, loading, and distribution areas by reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to site leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures and communication protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance or security-related concerns.
