The role includes monitoring access at an industrial site, responding to incidents, and conducting patrols while maintaining thorough records and communicating clearly with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
• All qualified applicants will be considered with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel per site access procedures.
• Monitor and manage access points, verify credentials, and maintain sign‑in records.
• Respond to access‑related incidents and alarms calmly and escalate per procedures.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of entry points, work areas, perimeters, and parking areas.
• Document incidents and activities professionally per established reporting procedures.
