Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify leadership as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeters to identify unusual activity and support site policies.
• Document incidents and complete required reports accurately and promptly.
