Qualifications

• Document incidents and complete required reports accurately and promptly.

As a Security Officer Controlled Entry Operations in Lebanon, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and assist with maintaining an orderly environment for personnel and visitors. Through visible presence, clear communication, and routine site awareness, you will help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized personnel and visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support site policies.
• Observe vehicle, employee, contractor, and visitor traffic at designated access points; document incidents and complete required reports accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
