Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and vendor authorizations.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access-related records and communicate with building management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the building, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unauthorized access.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and vendor authorizations in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access-related records while communicating professionally with building management and site personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access and unusual conditions.
