Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, issue passes and maintain records.
• Observe access systems, alarms, cameras and equipment and report issues to security personnel.
