Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by following site-specific procedures and security policies at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facility buildings, production areas, parking lots, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required incident documentation.
• Observe and report hazards, damaged property, access-control concerns, and other security-related conditions to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
