Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts and responders.
• Document patrols, access activity, incidents, and observations in logs and reports.
