Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; manage visitor entry procedures.
• Deter unauthorized access by observing entry activity and reporting irregularities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and report hazards.
