Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required by policy.
• State, county or city security license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by enforcing access control and site policies.
• Monitor entrances, visitor check-in, and credential verification to support authorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner; document concerns and communicate with management or emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter points; report issues.
