As a Security Officer Credential Control Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $23.40 / Hour

Job Schedule: Wed 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Thur 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Fri 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sat 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sun 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Pre‑Employment Requirements: Valid Driver's License – AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor building entrances, visitor check‑in activity, and credential verification to help support authorized access to the property and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter access points, observing for unusual activity and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security‑related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
