Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access-related records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with property personnel, tenants, and responding public service agencies, and complete clear, timely activity and incident reports.
