Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by applying site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verify credentials, manage visitor entries, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of client areas, entry points, and perimeter to identify and report concerns.
• Assist with directions and questions, creating a welcoming environment for staff and customers.
