Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.55 / Hour

1. Age Requirement:
   • All candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for employment (C101).
2. Valid Driver's License:
   • Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license issued in the state where the job is located (C124). This is crucial for positions that require driving as part of the job responsibilities. Candidates will be required to provide a copy of their driver’s license during the application process.
3. Access Control/Badge Experience:
   • Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). This experience is vital for roles that involve security and access management within our facilities. Candidates may be asked to provide details of their experience during the interview process.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail food and beverage location.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verify credentials as required, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of customer areas, employee spaces, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Support a welcoming environment by providing directions, assisting with access-related questions, and communicating professionally with store personnel and the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
