Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a technology site.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, structured escalation.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and restricted areas.
• Prepare reports and logs of incidents and access activity.
