Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Access Management Security Officer in Spotsylvania, VA. You will manage entry points, verify access, and provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and contractors while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include patrolling areas, documenting incidents, and adhering to site procedures. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and background check; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Applicants subject to background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify authorization, maintain logs, and communicate access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas, parking, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations and policy violations.
