Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security or access control experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, and maintain access-related records.
• Respond to access-related incidents calmly and follow escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, access points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
