FlyLock Security Solutions in Omaha, NE is seeking an Access Control Apprentice/Locksmith Apprentice. This hands-on technical role supports access control and locksmith services, working closely with management and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are mechanically minded, IT-savvy, with a valid driver's license, and eager to grow in the security field. Training is provided, with opportunities for career advancement within a growing industry.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear and valid driver’s license.
• Mechanically minded and IT-savvy.
• Ability to communicate at a high level with customers and management.
• Ability to convey services in writing for both service calls and estimates into report form for invoicing.
• Great work ethic.
• Desire to continually expand the knowledge base in the field.
• 2 years prior Security Solutions and/or Locksmith experience preferred. Willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

Job Title:

Access Control Apprentice/Locksmith Apprentice

Reports To:

Franchise Owner/ General Manager

Key Areas of Responsibility:

The Access Control and Locksmith Apprentice position is an integral part of Flylock Security Solutions and is key to the growth of the company. All Security Access and Locksmith Control Apprentices must have the ability to work well in a high-paced working environment. The individual must work well as part of the team and independently from the FlyLock owner. The Access Control and Locksmith Apprentice position is a hands‑on technical position geared toward an individual who has a technical mindset.

Customer Service:

• Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service.

Operations Support:
