FlyLock Security Solutions - South Central Omaha is seeking an Access Control Apprentice/ Locksmith Apprentice to join a fast-paced team focused on security solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and independent work under franchise leadership.

The position requires a mechanically minded, IT-savvy individual who can communicate clearly with clients and management, document service calls and estimates, and continually expand knowledge in the field.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear and valid driver's license.
• Mechanically minded and IT-savvy.
• Ability to communicate at a high level with customers and management.
• Ability to convey services in writing for both service calls and estimates into report form for invoicing.
• Great work ethic.
• Desire to continually expand the knowledge base in the field.
• 2 years prior Security Solutions and/or Locksmith experience preferred. Willing to train the right individual.

Job Title: Access Control Apprentice/Locksmith Apprentice Reports To: Franchise Owner/ General Manager

Key Areas of Responsibility:

The Access Control and Locksmith Apprentice position is an integral part of Flylock Security Solutions and is key to the growth of the company. All Security Access and Locksmith Control Apprentices must have the ability to work well in a high-paced working environment. The individual must work well as part of the team and independently from the FlyLock owner. The Access Control and Locksmith Apprentice position is a hands-on technical position geared toward an individual who has a technical mindset.

Customer Service:

• Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service.
• Communicates effectively with the client to determine what services are needed.
• Respond to general inquiries from customers/clients.

Operations Support:

• Receive verbal instructions from Management or Clients/Customers.
• Perform small projects as directed by Management.
• Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time.

Must Haves:

• Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, and pull.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work above ground.
• Withstand external weather conditions year-round.
