Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology/social work/community counseling.
• Active LPC, LCSW, or PsyD status in Georgia.
• Experience with homelessness housing programs or related settings.
• Ability to perform psychosocial assessments and develop ISPs / treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Enter new clients into outpatient services with emphasis on residential and homeless services.
• Provide intake interviews, diagnostic verification, psychosocial and crisis assessments.
• Develop safety plans, treatment plans, and referrals for ongoing services.
• Offer counseling/psychotherapy in clinic or community settings as needed.
• Update assessments and plans annually; coordinate referrals internally and externally.
