Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service, medical office or call center experience required.
• CRCR Certified Revenue Cycle Representative - HFMA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for assigned clinic specialties using standardized greeting and closure.
• Capture and verify patient demographics, guarantor, guardian, and insurance details in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments and provide directions and paperwork post-call.
• Monitor communications and stay updated on department processes.
