Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, social services, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred in behavioral health, crisis services, or care coordination.
• Notary Public status required or to be obtained as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for the Access Center and related services across the service region.
• Supervises, develops, and evaluates assigned staff; ensures staffing and training.
• Ensures timely, consumer-centered responses to calls, referrals, scheduling, and crisis contacts.
• Oversees intake, scheduling, referral, and care coordination processes.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, contractual, and privacy requirements including 988/crisis standards.
• Develops and improves policies, procedures, workflows, and quality assurance processes.
• Oversees crisis-related functions and coordinates with clinical staff and partners.
• Monitors program performance through data collection, reporting, and CQI activities.
• Builds relationships with internal departments, providers, and community partners.
• Participates in strategic planning, budgeting, and administrative activities.
