New York Life's Accelerated Path to Management Program offers hands-on training to become a financial professional, with extensive product knowledge, client relationship building, and access to digital tools. The program then transitions you into Associate Partner after completing a six‑month intensive training, with opportunities to lead and develop a team.

You will start in a sales role, earn commission-based income, and, upon meeting requirements, move into a salaried Associate Partner

Qualifications

• Sales or managerial experience in another industry.
• Have you previously run your own business?
• MBA or other equivalent degree.
• Accelerated Path to Management may be right for you.

Responsibilities
