New York Life invites ambitious individuals to join the Accelerated Path to Management Program. You’ll start as a financial professional, learn to sell products, build client relationships, and meet requirements before transitioning into management.

A six-month intensive Associate Partner training follows to prepare you to recruit and coach others. Compensation begins commission-based, with a salary once you qualify as Associate Partner, plus bonuses and other incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities

• In Accelerated Path to Management, you’ll start as a financial professional, learning to sell our products, build client relationships and meet requirements before moving to management.
• You’ll undergo a six-month intensive training program to prep you for success as a manager and to recruit and coach others.
• Compensation begins as commission-based and, upon qualifying as Associate Partner, includes a salary plus bonuses and incentives.
