Responsibilities

• Complete training program to prepare for Store Management in 18–24 months.
• Assist in growing store market share by selling to commercial customers.
• Collaborate with store management on operations and strategy.
• Develop leadership, customer service, sales, and marketing skills.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers and manage store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
