Job summary

Sherwin-Williams offers an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program designed to prepare graduates for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will learn operations, sales, and leadership while supporting a million-dollar store and collaborating with management.

Graduates expect to progress through training with a promotion path to Assistant Store Manager upon successful completion. The role requires 44 hours per week, possible evenings/weekends, and relocation opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 44 hours per week, including evenings/weekends.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by program start.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete training with established program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers and manage store administration.
• Assist Store Manager and participate in outside sales calls to grow market share.
