Brightside Academy seeks an experienced Assistant Academy Director to support daily operations, staff development, and high-quality learning experiences at an assigned early learning center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or related) with ECE credits
• Director's credential or commitment to obtain
• Leadership and staff-development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Creative and practical problem-solving
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily academy operations in the absence of the Academy Director
• Monitor classroom ratios, attendance, schedules, and routines
• Support high-quality curriculum and child outcomes
• Review classroom planning, programs, and field trips
• Ensure classrooms have needed supplies and resources
• Support transitions and intervention processes
• Lead staff onboarding, coaching, and development
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Support enrollment and family retention
• Follow required business-management practices
• Partner with families to resolve questions and concerns
• Motivate and inspire staff and hold team members accountable
