Seminole State College of Florida is seeking an Academic Success Coach - TRIO-SSS SmartPath to provide mentorship and academic support to participants on a part-time basis. You will help students develop study skills, time management, and engagement strategies while connecting them to campus resources.
The role supports program staff and events, with a focus on student success and positive academic behaviors in a multi-cultural environment.
The Academic Success Coach - TRIO-SSS SmartPath is a part-time,peer-level role within the TRIO SSS SmartPath program, providingmentorship and academic support to participants. The position helpsstudents build study skills, time management, and engagementstrategies, connects them to campus resources, and supports programstaff with events and activities. This role is supportive andprogram-specific, without independent program leadership ormulti-disciplinary academic responsibilities.
