Responsibilities

• Student service and communication: provide high-quality advising and respond to student inquiries.
• Paperwork and processes: complete advising-related forms and degree audits and other processes in a timely manner.
• Professional development: complete a minimum of two trainings relevant to the job.
• Leadership: manage assigned duties, ensuring deadlines are met with high accuracy.
• Supervision: coach and support staff, giving feedback and conducting regular check-ins.
