Job summary

You will oversee postgraduate verification requests, maintain course syllabi, and assist faculty with academic activities reporting.

The role includes back-up coverage for SPAS coordinators and coordination with the Center for Experiential Learning and Simulation for assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Register students and verify academic records per university procedures.
• Maintain course information, process grades, and update student records.
• Provide course support for Canvas courses and manage calendars.
• Support Academic Activities Reporting and committee documentation.
• Assist SPAS Coordinators with didactic and clinical activities and back-up coverage.
