Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, Psychology or in a related field.
• Two years of experience in higher education, academic support, student services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the work of assigned program staff, including academic recovery coaches.
• Supervises and directs student staff in daily program activities, scheduling, and student engagement.
• Prepares and reviews reports on the effectiveness of program activities and student engagement metrics.
• Plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates academic recovery program logistics and operations including course scheduling/coach assignment, facility coordination, and student referral processes.
• Manages scheduling and training for student staff to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Supports course facilitation by coordinating instructor needs and student support services.
• Develops and assesses program activities to identify operational improvements and barriers to student success.
• Coordinates partnerships with academic departments, advising services, and other campus units to facilitate student referrals and integrated support.
