Qualifications

• Graduate student status required.
• 20 hours per week oversight and scheduling may be involved.
• Support Academic Recovery Coach team training and data activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching support to students enrolled in Academic Recovery courses, including one-on-one appointments as needed.
• Assist Academic Recovery instructors with course-related logistics and support tasks as needed.
• Help staff the Academic Success Center service floor, providing front-line support and coverage as needed.
• Assist with basic review and analysis of Academic Recovery service data to support program tracking and improvement efforts.
• Support various ASC departmental initiatives including GUIA training, appointment campaigns, and department information presentations.
• Represent and support logistics of the Academic Success Center for initiatives including Student Learning Orientations, Welcome Week, and classroom visits.
• Provide summary reports and make referrals where needed to guide students toward appropriate campus support.
