Job Summary
Xavier University of Louisiana is accepting applications for the position of Academic Records/VA Certification Specialist. This role serves as the Veterans Affairs (VA) Certifying Official and Point of Contact for Military Tuition Assistances programs. Responsible for transcript processing and serve as the point of contact for the National Student Clearinghouse. This position also assists with daily operations in the Registrar’s Office. AA/ EOE

Bachelor Degree required. Ability to learn University SIS system BANNER , VA Enrollment Management System and any software related to duties and responsibilities. Applicant should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of VA Chapter Education Benefits is preferred.
