Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC - Univ) is seeking an Admissions Recruitment Coordinator to lead outreach and engagement with prospective students, advise applicants, and coordinate enrollment activities within the Office of Admissions.

The role collaborates with faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners to strengthen recruitment pipelines, manage events, and support enrollment goals across the College of Medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of student services or admissions experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support comprehensive recruitment and outreach initiatives aligned with the College of Medicine’s mission and enrollment goals.
• Represent the College of Medicine at external events such as recruitment fairs, conferences, and information sessions.
• Establish collaborative relationships to strengthen recruitment pipelines and applicant engagement.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospective applicants and institutional partners to support yield efforts.
• Track recruitment activities and assist with annual recruitment assessments and reports.
• Coordinate and support campus visits, interviews, and recruitment events to ensure a positive visitor experience.
