Job summary

WSU Tech in Wichita, KS seeks an Academic Quality Manager to lead assessment planning, data management, and continuous improvement across academic programs. The role supports faculty development and ensures accuracy for state reporting.

You will partner with faculty and academic leaders to advance curriculum processes, analyze outcomes, and contribute to accreditation efforts while promoting inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, assessment, curriculum, academic affairs, academic compliance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with academic data, technology systems, and complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional assessment planning, analysis, and reporting related to student learning and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with faculty and academic leaders on assessment practices, Program Review, curriculum, and academic quality initiatives.
• Maintain academic program data and documentation to support accurate state reporting, compliance, and institutional requirements.
• Analyze academic and assessment data and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making and program improvement.
• Develop and facilitate professional development and resources related to assessment, academic quality, data analysis, and related technology systems.
• Support accreditation, special projects, strategic initiatives, and other departmental activities related to academic quality and continuous improvement.
