Kansas Health Science University is seeking a senior Academic Affairs leader to drive planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes across admissions, faculty assessment, curriculum and student success. You will work with Deans, IT, and governance bodies to align programs with accreditation standards and strategic goals.

The role emphasizes building data systems for outcome measurement, supervising testing, and ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, while shaping a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an educational or business field preferred.
• At least 5 years of academic experience in a healthcare learning environment.
• Skilled in developing and implementing assessment and outcome measures.
• Proficient in software systems designed for student assessment.
• Experience with accreditation requirements (AOA, COCA, WSCUC).

Responsibilities

• Advise administration on campus resources to meet academic requirements.
• Lead curriculum development and assessment across colleges.
• Collaborate with IT to select software and optimize applications for outcomes.
• Create data collection for internal/external reporting for boards and accreditors.
• Oversee testing processes and assessment for pre-clinical medical students.
