Kansas Health Science University seeks an experienced academic leader to drive planning, implementation, and evaluation of admissions, curriculum, faculty assessment, and learning outcomes across its colleges. The role collaborates across academic and administrative units to meet accreditation and mission goals.

The incumbent will advise on resources, curriculum development, and assessment systems, ensuring high academic standards and effective data-driven decision making for student and faculty

Qualifications

• Proven academic leadership with experience in healthcare education environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in an educational or business field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in academic healthcare learning environment.
• Skilled in developing and implementing assessment/outcome measures.
• Proficient in software systems for student assessment and data reporting.
• Familiarity with AOA/COCA and WSCUC accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise on campus resources and processes to meet academic requirements for faculty and student success.
• Review planning, staffing, resources, and technology to advance university mission.
• Guide curriculum development and assessment of program outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT to select software and services supporting the school’s mission.
• Lead a team to identify outcome measures across academic affairs, student affairs, faculty, and research.
• Oversee testing processes and curriculum content delivery for pre-clinical student assessments.
• Support accreditation activities, data collection, and reporting.
