Job summary

University of Washington Bothell is seeking an Academic Services Coordinator to support undergraduate academic services, including waiver and transfer evaluations, pre-major reviews, and faculty coordination. The role also helps advance program visibility through marketing and outreach initiatives, including print, video, and web content.

The position reports to the Director of Undergraduate Programs and supports events that engage students and enhance enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or related field.
• At least two years of experience in a student-facing or student support role such as in program operations, academic services, student services, marketing and communication or related work in a higher education setting.
• Excellent customer service skills. Strong writing and editing skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Marketing, Outreach & Events: develop and coordinate undergraduate marketing and recruitment materials, including print and digital collateral, student video interviews and website content updates.
• Plan and manage events: catering, scheduling, logistics for undergraduate events, including workshops, ceremonies and open house events.
• Academic Services: manage petitions, course applications, AACSB reporting and enrollments data collection and reporting.
